1Eleven is built on more than two decades of multidisciplinary experience across football administration, sports management, law and governance, business development, accountancy and financial planning, brand building, commercial strategy, revenue development, project and fund structuring, and on-ground implementation.
Our experience has been developed through practical involvement with football clubs, academies, competitions, player-development programmes, international training partnerships, institutional collaborations and wider sports projects in India and abroad. Over the years, members of our team have contributed to the establishment and development of sports organisations, the planning and administration of competitions, club and academy operations, governance and regulatory compliance, contractual and intellectual-property matters, sponsorship acquisition, commercial partnerships, brand positioning, stakeholder coordination and the creation of sustainable revenue opportunities.
We have worked across different stages of organisational development — from shaping an initial idea and creating the appropriate legal and operational structure to developing its identity, building partnerships, arranging resources, managing implementation and supporting long-term growth. This experience has given us a clear understanding of the challenges that often prevent promising football projects from becoming stable institutions: fragmented planning, weak governance, limited commercial capacity, insufficient professional support and the absence of connected pathways between players, coaches, clubs, organisations and opportunities.
1Eleven brings these different disciplines together because sustainable progress in sport cannot be achieved through sporting ambition alone. It requires sound legal foundations, financial discipline, responsible management, a credible brand, commercially viable programmes and systems that can continue beyond a single event, season or individual. Our multidisciplinary team is therefore able to examine every project from sporting, legal, operational, financial and commercial perspectives, helping organisations make better decisions and build structures capable of delivering measurable and lasting value.

We prefer to work quietly. Most of our engagements are confidential, and the majority of our work is measured by what it enables rather than by what it announces.
